Jeff Loomis is a Project Manager and Project Engineer with Galena Engineering, Inc. His 28-year engineering career includes a diverse project history associated with public agencies and private customers in California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho. These projects include water distribution, wastewater collection; site grading and erosion control, stormwater management; bridge and culverts; stream enhancements, rural and urban roadway planning and design; traffic operations analysis and impact studies, and subdivision and site development. His involvement includes all phases of projects including funding acquisitions, planning studies, public input and public agency approval processes, design and construction cost estimating, construction documents preparation, and construction inspection and contract administration.

Jeff also works for Blaine County as County Engineer and stays busy raising three children.
